🌟 Learning Support Assistants & Teaching Assistants Wanted! 🌟📍 Telford & Shropshire | Mainstream & Specialist SEND Schools
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people and making a real, positive difference in their lives?
We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) to work across a range of mainstream schools, specialist SEND settings and SEMH provisions throughout Telford and Shropshire.
👩🏫 The Role
You could be supporting children and young people one-to-one or in small groups, helping them to access learning, develop their confidence and achieve their potential.
We are looking for individuals with experience supporting children and young people with:
SEND / additional needs
Autism / ASD
Global developmental delay
Communication and language difficulties
SEMH needs
Behaviours that challenge
Complex or additional learning needs

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND is essential.
✅ Requirements
Previous experience working with children/young people with SEND
Experience with Autism, global delay, communication difficulties and/or behaviours that challenge
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS
You must have worked in the UK for a minimum of 5 months
A positive, professional and flexible approach
