Job description
Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for a full time position in Dudley?I am recruiting for a large Dudley primary school that is looking for a TA with SEN experience to support a Year 5 child with Autism. The role is critical to the child being able to access their education and requires someone with a patient and caring nature who will be able to take a holistic approach to the role. This school has an extremely friendly and supportive team who really look after each other. It's is a fast-paced environment where every day is different!
Your experience working with children with special educational needs will allow you to provide the necessary support to help them reach their full potential in this important stage.
The ideal applicant will have;
*Level 3 qualification in Support Teaching and Learning (level 2s will be considered with experience)
*Ideally have experience working on a one to one basis in a school but alternatively experience as a Support Worker, Residential Worker or Care worker with transferable skills
*Flexible attitude to work
*Strong behaviour management
*Be able to provide 2 years references
*Clean DBS
