2 form entry school in Erdington are looking for a hardworking and personable teaching assistant to work mornings with a child with global delay and afternoons with 3 children with mild autism.
This role requires the suitable candidate to have an outgoing and personable nature and the ability to bond with children from all backgrounds. The suitable teaching assistant will encourage learning and social development with the children and push forward with their educational abilities.
You will in turn become part of a supportive network of staff and a strong management team.
Candidates will be required to have the following:
* NVQ Level 3
* Experience as SEN Teaching Assistant
* Good oral, written and numeracy skills
* The ability to enthuse and inspire children
* A commitment to improving outcomes for all children
* The ability to work as part of a team
* Willingness to go that extra mile
