CALLING ALL SEN TEACHERSAre you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding new opportunity? We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join a welcoming school in Coventry (CV3), working with a small class of just 5-7 pupils across mixed primary ages, approximately 5-7 years old.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a nurturing, supportive environment where you can provide highly personalised support and help pupils thrive. The role is full-time, starting ASAP and running at least until Christmas, with the potential for longer-term opportunities.
WHAT WOULD THE ROLE INVOLVE:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs and abilities of pupils aged 5-7.
* Provide a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every pupil feels supported and valued.
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans (IEPs/EHCP targets), monitoring pupils' progress and adapting teaching accordingly.
* Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including communication, social, emotional and behavioural needs.
* Use a range of creative and engaging teaching strategies to encourage pupils' confidence, independence and participation.
WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE TO WORK WITH ASPIRE PEOPLE?

* A minimum of 2 years SEN experience
* Excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum
* Up-to-date safeguarding and allergy training
* References covering the last 2 years of employment
