Job description
Aspire People are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Religious Education (Philosophy & Ethics) Teacher for a 'Good School' in Peterborough on a long term basis for September 2022. The school has a vibrant and strong Humanities department with good support and expectations for the right candidate.Having strong relationships with schools in Cambridgeshire & Lincolnshire for over 7 years, I can assure you that this school will be very quick to settle into and enable you to deliver your passion for teaching in the classroom. With a strong SLT and structure, the school enables staff and pupils to thrive and enjoy building strong relationships.
This Religious Education position is full time and on a long term contract with a possibility of permanent, enabling job security throughout and progression opportunities. The role will involve full teaching responsibilities such as planning and marking. Required to cover at least Key stage 3 and 4 with a possibility of KS5 as well.
You will play a key role in engaging and helping each pupil to achieve their potential combining your knowledge of learning and teaching strategies with your passion for making Geography lessons understandable, engaging and exciting.
