Aspire People is currently recruiting for a qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the B31 area. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated TA who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.

The Role
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
* Working with small groups and on a one-to-one basis to support learning.
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
* Assisting with classroom preparation and pupil progress.
* Supporting children with a range of learning needs where required.
Requirements
* A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Previous experience working within a UK primary school.
* A positive, proactive, and caring approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
