Aspire People are looking for enthusiastic **Psychology Graduates** to work as **SEND Teaching Assistants** in primary schools.
This role is perfect for those looking to pursue careers in **SENCO, teaching, therapy, or educational psychology**, providing invaluable experience working directly with children who require additional support.
Your understanding of **learning difficulties, behaviour, social interaction, and emotional development** will play a key role in helping pupils access education.
**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils with a range of SEND including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties

* Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
