**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils with SEND within the classroom environment
* Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
* Applying psychological theories to support learning and engagement
* Supporting small group interventions and classroom activities
* Helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and social skills
* Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
