Job description
Aspire People are working with mainstream schools across Loughborough and surrounding areas to help recruit for Sept 2022.The mainstream schools offer various roles working as a general TA, 121 TA or an Intervention TA across year groups from EYFS - Year 6.
The successful Teaching Assistants will need to have a qualification or experience working within a school in a classroom.
The successful Teaching Assistants must have good behaviour management skills and techniques, wanting to make a difference and must be reliable and consistent.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants that are passionate, enthusiastic and go the extra mile to help children enjoy and achieve results.

Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant
- CACHE Level 3
- BA Education Studies
- NCFE
- Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education Early Years Educator
- Special Educational Needs (SEN) - Advanced,
- Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of Special Educational Needs (RQF)
- Autism Awareness
- Autism Awareness - Advanced
- Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Diploma
