Job description
Aspire People are working with mainstream Primary Schools across Leicester City Centre and surrounding areas to help recruit for qualified or experienced Teaching Assistants for Sept 2022.The mainstream schools we are recruiting for are offering various roles working as a general TA, 121 TA or an Intervention TA across year groups from EYFS - Year 6 for part time and full time roles.
The successful Teaching Assistants will need to have a qualification or experience working within a school in a classroom.
The successful Teaching Assistants must have good behaviour management skills and techniques, wanting to make a difference and must be reliable and consistent.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants that are passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help children enjoy their lessons and achieve results.

Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant
- CACHE Level 3
- BA Education Studies
- NCFE
- Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education Early Years Educator
- Special Educational Needs (SEN) - Advanced,
- Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of Special Educational Needs (RQF)
- Autism Awareness
- Autism Awareness - Advanced
- Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Diploma
