**Primary Teaching Assistant - Classroom Support & Pupil Progress**Aspire People are recruiting a versatile and enthusiastic **Primary Teaching Assistant** to support a busy and engaging classroom environment. This role combines general classroom support with targeted intervention work to support pupil development.
The school is looking for someone who can confidently support across different ability levels and contribute to a positive learning environment.
**The Role:**
* Supporting whole-class learning alongside the class teacher
* Leading small group work to reinforce key concepts
* Providing occasional 1:1 support to pupils where needed
* Assisting with lesson delivery, resources, and classroom organisation
* Supporting pupils with varying abilities to access the curriculum
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
* Experience working within a school or similar environment
* Confident working with small groups and individuals
* Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented
