This role is a full-time, long-term position. The working days would be Monday-Friday from May half term until the summer holidays. Have the chance to inspire young minds for the last term of the academic year.
WHAT WOULD THE ROLE INVOLVE
Instruction and Lesson Planning
* Designing lessons that meet curriculum standards and learning objectives.
* Differentiating instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Incorporating technology and other resources to enhance learning.
* Assessing students' understanding through formative and summative evaluations
Assessment and Evaluation
* Creating tests, quizzes, projects, and other assessment tools.
* Grading assignments fairly and providing constructive feedback.
* Monitoring student progress and identifying learning gaps.
* Reporting student performance to parents, administrators, and other stakeholders.
Student Support and Mentoring
* Offering guidance and support for academic, social, and emotional development.
* Encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
* Recognizing and addressing special needs or learning difficulties.
* Advising students on study habits, career choices, and personal growth.
WHAT WOULD YOU REQUIRE
* An enhanced DBS on the update service
* Up-to-date safeguarding training
* References covering the last 2 years of employment
* QTS
* A solid knowledge of the curriculum
* A minimum of 2 years UK teaching experience
