**Primary PPA Teacher - Flexible Teaching Opportunity**Part-Time | KS1 & KS2 Cover | Aspire People
Aspire People are currently recruiting for a confident and adaptable **Primary PPA Teacher** to support a welcoming primary school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys the variety of working across different year groups and delivering high-quality lessons while providing essential cover for teachers during their planning, preparation, and assessment time.
The role would suit an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to gain further classroom experience within a supportive school environment.
**The Role:**
* Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Covering classes during teacher PPA time
* Following school planning and maintaining consistency for pupils
* Supporting positive behaviour and learning routines
* Adapting teaching approaches to suit different year groups
* Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school
* Confident working across different year groups
* Strong classroom management skills
* Flexible and adaptable teaching approach
* Passionate about supporting pupil progress
