**Experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Primary School****September 2026 | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Aspire People**
**Do you have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification and recent experience working in a UK primary school?**
Aspire People are currently recruiting experienced **Level 2 Teaching Assistants** for primary schools from September 2026.
We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic practitioners who already understand the demands of working in a school and can confidently support pupils both academically and pastorally.
This is ideal for a TA who has built up solid classroom experience and wants to secure a new role for the upcoming academic year.
**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Assisting with classroom learning and differentiated activities
* Supporting Reading, Writing and Maths
* Delivering basic interventions under teacher direction
* Supporting pupils with SEND where required
* Helping maintain positive classroom routines
* Supporting behaviour and pupil engagement
* Supervising pupils during breaktimes and transitions
* Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
* Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
**We're Looking For:**
* **Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent**
* Recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Good understanding of the primary curriculum
* Experience supporting classroom learning and/or interventions
* Confident working with primary-aged children
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
Candidates with experience supporting **SEND, SEMH or pupils with additional learning needs** would be particularly attractive to many of our partner schools.
