**Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary School****Full-Time | Long-Term & Permanent Opportunities | Aspire People**
Aspire People are looking for an experienced **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to join one of our partner primary schools.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified TA who enjoys working closely with pupils, delivering interventions, and helping teachers provide high-quality learning experiences.
**The Role:**
* Providing 1:1 and small-group classroom support
* Delivering Reading, Phonics, English and Maths interventions
* Supporting pupils with SEND where required
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and resources
* Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff
* Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
* Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
* Experience delivering interventions
* Confident supporting pupils with different abilities and needs
* Patient, reliable, and proactive approach
