**Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary School****Full-Time | Long-Term & Permanent Opportunities | Aspire People**
Aspire People are recruiting an experienced **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to join a supportive primary school environment.
This role would suit a confident Level 3 TA who wants to use their experience to make a genuine impact on pupil progress, whether through classroom support, targeted interventions, or working closely with pupils who require additional help.
**The Role:**
* Providing 1:1 and small-group classroom support
* Delivering targeted English, Maths, Phonics, and Reading interventions
* Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
* Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
* Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Experience delivering interventions
* Confident supporting pupils with different abilities and needs
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
