Job description
**Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Experienced Primary School TA**Full-Time | Long-Term Role | Aspire People
Aspire People are currently working with primary schools looking to appoint experienced **Level 3 Teaching Assistants** who can confidently support teaching and learning across the school.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum and be comfortable supporting pupils across different year groups and ability levels.
This role may involve a mixture of classroom support, intervention delivery, and supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
**Responsibilities Will Include:**
* Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2
* Delivering targeted intervention sessions to raise attainment
* Assisting with classroom management and lesson delivery
* Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs where required
* Helping teachers create engaging and inclusive learning environments
* Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
**Requirements:**
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Recent experience working within a UK primary school within the last 2 years
* Strong curriculum knowledge and understanding of primary education
* Experience supporting intervention work and pupil progress
* Positive, professional, and flexible approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
