Job description
Aspire People are recruiting a compassionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs within a primary school setting. This role offers a balance of classroom support and SEND-focused work.The Role:
* Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs within the classroom
* Assisting with differentiated learning activities
* Providing general classroom support, with some targeted 1:1 or small group work where needed
* Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Helping create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND within a primary setting
* Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Confident working as part of a team
