Are you a passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in a mainstream primary school?
I'm Ethan, the North Staffordshire Primary & SEN Consultant at Aspire People. The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and development.
Deliver targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy and phonics.
Encourage positive behaviour and promote pupil engagement.
Help create a safe, supportive and stimulating learning environment.
Support pupils with a range of additional needs where required.
What You'll Need
A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Recent experience working within a UK primary school.
A positive, flexible and proactive approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
