Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Full TimeLocation: B45, Birmingham
Contract: September 2026 - July 2027
Aspire People are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in the B45 area. This full time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive and is confident supporting learning across the early years or primary phase.
The Role:
* Support the class teacher in delivering high quality learning experiences
* Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support
* Assist with planning, preparation and classroom organisation
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Requirements:
* Level 3 TA qualification and relevant classroom experience are essential
* Strong understanding of primary or EYFS learning needs
* A proactive, caring and adaptable approach
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
