Are you an experienced **Level 2 Teaching Assistant** looking for your next role within a primary school?
Aspire People are working with schools looking for reliable and enthusiastic TAs who can provide high-quality classroom support and help pupils make progress.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have **recently worked within a UK primary school** and understand how to support pupils across the National Curriculum.
**The Role May Include:**
* Supporting whole-class learning
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support
* Delivering reading, phonics, Maths, and English interventions
* Supporting pupils with SEND where required
* Helping teachers prepare resources and learning activities
* Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
* Encouraging pupil confidence and independence
**We're Looking For:**
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Recent UK primary school experience
* Strong understanding of classroom routines and the National Curriculum
* Previous intervention experience
* Patient, reliable, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
