NEW LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITIES FOR SEPTEMBERAre you a passionate and dedicated professional looking for a rewarding role this September? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team on a long-term basis, covering a maternity leave in Year 4 for approximately two terms. Based in the heart of Nuneaton, Warwickshire, this is a fantastic chance to make a real impact, work with an inspiring team, and contribute to the growth and development of our young learners.
THIS IS A FULL-TIME LONG-TERM ROLE AND REQUIRES A FULL COMMITMENT MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:30-3:30
WHAT WOULD THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Planning and Preparation
* Develop and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum for all subjects.
* Plan for the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs, EAL learners, and more able students.
* Prepare and maintain accurate records of pupil progress, assessments, and attainment.
2. Teaching and Classroom Management
* Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
* Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support learning and ensure a safe, respectful space.
3. Assessment and Feedback
* Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support growth.
* Maintain up-to-date records for reporting purposes and support the preparation of termly reports to parents.
* Identify and address gaps in learning, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE FOR THIS ROLE?
* QTS (essential)
* Extensive knowledge of the UK curriculum
* Extensive UK teaching experience
* An enhanced DBS on the update service
* Up-to-date safeguarding training
* References covering the last 2 years of employment
* Up-to-date identification documents
