£75 - £90 per day (dependant on experience)
Temp to permanent position
I am currently recruiting for a full time HLTA to join one of my Walsall primary schools. The successful candidate would be delivering stimulating lessons across Key Stage 2, following planning that had been left for them. Keeping children focused and on task in their Teacher's PPA and/or management time. This will be a permanent position for the right person.
The successful candidate will:
*Have HLTA status
*Have relevant experience in Key Stage 2
*The ability to build rapport with pupils
*Be able to confidently deliver creative and inspiring lessons to cover PPA time or any other absence
*Have great behaviour management skills
