Higher Level Teaching Assistant - KS2Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Aspire People are looking for an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a primary school environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking responsibility for learning and supporting pupils across Key Stage 2.
The Role
* Support teaching and learning across KS2
* Lead lessons and activities when required
* Deliver interventions to individuals and small groups
* Support pupils with their academic and personal development
* Work alongside class teachers and support staff
* Help maintain high standards of behaviour and learning
* Contribute to the wider school community
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
* Confidence working with groups of pupils
* Excellent communication skills
* A positive and adaptable approach
* A passion for supporting children's education
