Job Title: Supply Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)Location: Corby

Aspire People, one of the UK's leading education recruitment agencies, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supply team, working in schools across Corby.
Job Role:
As a Supply HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of children across various primary and secondary schools. You will work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons, provide 1:1 and group support, and step in for teaching cover as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects in the teacher's absence.
Provide support in classroom management and lesson preparation.
Assist with the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
Work with small groups or individual pupils to boost their learning.
Maintain a positive, engaging learning environment.
Adapt teaching methods to suit pupils' needs and learning styles.
Requirements:
HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 6 months experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in UK schools.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passion for supporting children's education and learning.
Flexibility to work across different schools on short notice.
