**Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Primary School****Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunities | Aspire People**
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your career?
Aspire People are currently recruiting **Higher Level Teaching Assistants** to support primary schools across the local area. We're looking for confident practitioners who can take on additional responsibility, support classroom teaching, and provide high-quality learning experiences for pupils.
This could suit an experienced HLTA or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is ready to progress into a higher-level role.
**The Role:**
* Providing whole-class cover when required
* Delivering planned lessons and learning activities
* Leading 1:1 and small-group interventions
* Supporting teachers with planning and classroom organisation
* Working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 depending on experience
* Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
* Maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning
* Working collaboratively with teachers and school leadership
**We're Looking For:**
* HLTA qualification or strong equivalent experience
* Recent experience within a UK primary school
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Confident classroom management
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
