Higher Level Teaching Assistant-Rowley RegisAre you a qualified HLTA looking for a new role to help teach and support children?
I am currently recruiting for a Level 4/Higher level Teaching Assistant to start a role in a KS1 class in a school in Rowley Regis, starting a long-term position as soon as possible until December 2022 with very high potential of the contract being extended if the school feel you are the right fit.
You will be working 5 days a week and will be expected to complete PPA cover, interventions, assess and mark target groups and attend meetings and parents evenings.
Aspire people have worked with this school for a while and feedback is always positive from staff.
As an agency employed HLTA, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent member of staff so the following is expected:
*Strong curriculum knowledge.
*Minimum Level 4 HLTA (or equivalent) qualification.
*Regular assessments of pupils.
*Able to plan and deliver lessons.
*Confident with classroom control
