Hair & Beauty Teacher needed in Solihull, BirminghamAre you a passionate Hair & Beauty Teacher or experienced salon professional looking to inspire young people through vocational education?
Join our agency team and support students aged 11-16 with SEMH needs, ASD, attachment disorders and behavioural needs in a welcoming Alternative Provision where practical learning changes lives.
Location: Solihull
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Ongoing, with potential for permanent placement

About the Role:
You'll deliver engaging Hair & Beauty lessons that introduce students to salon skills, professionalism, client care and employability.
You'll help learners build confidence, develop practical abilities and experience success through vocational education while creating a calm, supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:
* QTS or relevant Hair & Beauty qualifications
* Industry experience within hair, beauty or barbering
* Passion for vocational education
* Experience supporting young people with additional needs
* Excellent behaviour management skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion

Desirable (but not essential):
* Teaching or assessing qualifications
* Experience within Alternative Provision
* Vocational qualification delivery experience
* Trauma-informed practice
