SEMH General Teacher - Behaviour - SEMH - Kidderminster - January 2022Are you an experienced SEMH Teacher who is looking for your next teaching post?
I am currently recruiting for a Alternative Provision based in Kidderminster, that are seeking to appoint an experienced SEMH Teacher for their school. The post is a long term with a view to going permanent for the right person.
As a specialist Behaviour SEMH Teacher you will be involved in the marking and planning of lessons. Class sizes may vary from day to day but are typically small groups so marking is significantly lower than in a mainstream schools. All classes have 2 or 3 Teaching Assistants also so there is plenty of support available to you.
The school caters for students aged between 11-17 with a capacity for 90 pupils.
The successful Teacher will be driven and motivated and will genuinely want to make a difference.
I am really happy to be working with this school as they really care about their students and staff. It is a very large school and they have so many facilities for their pupils. There are many TAs and support staff employed in the school and everyone has a really good work ethic and are all keen to help you.
