Are you currently looking for a full-time role that will allow you to have a better work/life balance? I am currently recruiting for a full-time teaching role in one of my Walsall Primary schools that requires no planning. After the Covid-19 pandemic this 2-form entry primary academy is looking to release the permanent class teachers from Year 1 to Year 6 to run interventions and boosters to help the children catch up. They are looking for a qualified, flexible primary teacher to jump in and cover full classes across the school to allow this to happen. The planning will be in place and set by the class teachers so this is an excellent position for Teachers who love to be in the classroom but want to take less work home with them.
The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management as well as a flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching. This school has an extremely friendly team who will be able to support you during this contract.
To apply for this position, you must have;
*Primary QTS (unfortunately no NQTs)
*Experience Teaching across the primary age range
*An ability to build strong relationships with staff and children alike
*Strong behaviour and classroom management
*Clean DBS on the update service (or be happy to apply for one)
