FE / College Lecturers Needed Across South WalesStart Date: September 2026
Salary: £28 to £45 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

The Role
Working within FE colleges and post-16 settings, you will:
* Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and learning across your specialist subject area
* Plan and deliver inclusive lessons that meet curriculum requirements
* Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
* Support learners in setting and achieving individual goals
* Act as a personal tutor, offering both academic and pastoral guidance
* Work with students who may have behavioural or additional learning needs
* Monitor attendance, progress, and achievement, maintaining accurate records
* Promote positive behaviour and high expectations within the classroom
* Contribute to learner progression into higher education, apprenticeships or employment

What We're Looking For
* Relevant degree, vocational qualification or strong industry experience within your subject area
* Teaching qualification (PGCE/PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) desirable
* Experience supporting learners, apprentices or trainees within FE or post-16 settings
* Ability to engage and motivate learners from a range of backgrounds
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience working with learners who have SEN/ALN or behavioural needs is beneficial
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is required
