The Role
๐ Plan and deliver engaging lessons within your specialist subject
๐ Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
๐ฏ Differentiate teaching to meet individual learner needs
๐ Promote positive behaviour and professional standards
๐ค Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
๐ Support learners with their progression into employment, apprenticeships or further study
Who We're Looking For
โ Relevant degree, vocational qualification or significant industry experience within your subject area
โ Teaching qualification such as PGCE, PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent is desirable, although not essential for some vocational subjects
โ Experience teaching, training, coaching or assessing learners is desirable
โ Strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills
โ Passion for supporting learners and delivering high-quality teaching
โ Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to obtain registration
