English Teacher Required - Caerphilly (4 Days per Week, Long-Term, September Start)Aspire People are currently recruiting for an English Teacher to join a lovely and welcoming secondary school in Caerphilly for a 4-day-per-week, long-term placement starting in September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and well-regarded school, teaching English across Key Stages, with the chance to make a real impact on pupil engagement, progress and attainment.
The Role
4 days per week, long-term position starting in September
Teaching English across KS3 and KS4 to a mixed-ability cohort
Planning, delivering and assessing engaging and creative lessons
Supporting pupils to achieve strong outcomes in line with curriculum expectations
Encouraging a love of literature and language through innovative teaching approaches
Maintaining a positive, structured and well-managed classroom environment

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge within English
