Hours: 07:30 - 16:30

We are an education specialist recruitment business in need of a confident and experienced education resourcer to build a candidate pipeline, to ensure we have a diverse and unrivalled candidate supply pool to meet our client's needs.
Aspire Expectations
You will need to be self motivated and work proactivity on targeted candidate projects to ensure a continuous healthy pipeline for the business. Able to work on a variety of tasks which require you to work in a fluid and fast paced sales environment, achieving both targets and objectives set.

You will need to have a proven track record of being able to meet candidate targets and prioritise your time efficiently and become an integral part of the Aspire family and our continued market growth.
Tasks Expected
Candidate availability
Timesheet chasing
Loading bookings
Formatting CV's
Searching
Filling bookings
Conduct candidate interviews
Clear candidate files
Outline of responsibilities;
This role is highly customer focused and requires excellent communication skills to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction with candidates, clients and team members.
Objective: Manage and develop relationships to ensure all candidates are informed, valued and engaged with current and future opportunities.
Generate new candidates through advertising
Generate new candidates through managing the database
Screening jobs and exploring job opportunities
Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles
Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email
Negotiate salary and benefit issues with job candidates
Arranging and conducting face-to-face interviews
Administration related to the vetting procedure
Deal with general queries relating to contracts and pay
Liaising with:
Management team, training, marketing, compliance, payroll, HR and operations, accounts,
Clients, candidates and external parties connected or relating to the company business.
