**Early Years Practitioner - Primary School****EYFS | September 2026 | Full-Time & Part-Time | Aspire People**
**Are you a qualified Early Years Practitioner looking to move into a primary school environment?**
Aspire People are recruiting **Early Years Practitioners, Nursery Nurses and Nursery Practitioners** to support primary schools from September 2026.
Your existing experience working with young children can transfer extremely well into a school setting, particularly if you have a strong understanding of **child development, communication, learning through play and the EYFS framework**.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to develop their experience within education.
**The Role Could Include:**
* Supporting children across Nursery and Reception
* Supporting learning through play and exploration
* Developing communication and language
* Supporting early phonics and literacy
* Developing early Maths and number skills
* Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
* Assisting with observations and assessment
* Supporting classroom routines and transitions
* Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
* Working alongside teachers and other EYFS practitioners
**We're Looking For:**
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience
* Recent experience working with young children
* Strong understanding of child development
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Nurturing, patient and creative approach
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with children
