ALN/SEMH Cover Supervisors Needed in Secondary Schools - Start ASAP!Are you confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour effectively?

Aspire People are recruiting reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to support pupils in secondary schools across the region.
We have both long-term, full-time roles and flexible day-to-day opportunities to suit your schedule.
The Role
Support pupils in the absence of the class teacher
Deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects
Manage behaviour and keep pupils on task
Support learners with ALN/SEMH needs where required
Follow school behaviour policies consistently
Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress
Promote a positive, focused learning environment
Who We're Looking For
Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Interest or experience supporting ALN/SEMH pupils
Ability to remain calm, confident, and professional
Good communication and organisational skills
Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to obtain registration
