Are you a **Psychology Graduate** looking to build hands-on experience supporting children with **Autism (ASC)** and additional needs in a primary school setting?
Aspire People are working with a supportive and forward-thinking primary school seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. This role is ideal for graduates looking to progress into careers such as **Educational Psychology, SENCO, or Teaching**, offering valuable, real-world experience applying psychological theory in practice.
**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils with Autism and sensory processing needs within the classroom
* Assisting with emotional regulation and structured routines
* Supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour, using consistent and calm strategies
* Helping deliver tailored learning activities suited to individual needs
* Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staff
* Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
