I have been studying data analytics for a long time and been completing online qualifications in my spare time ever since and I have been loving it! Being a person that has been in education all his life as well, I am to transfer the knowledge into this job role.

• What Do You Do at Aspire People?

  I am a Marketing Data technician. My role is to gather client data and transfer it onto our CRM system. Ensure that the data on the system is complete and clean, ready for the managers and directors to use the data towards a business decision.

• What Do You Get a Kick out of in Your Role?

  I love being able to work independently but also work part of a team. In addition, I love being able to have an impact on peoples lives by providing them with a career but also, I love the challenges that come along with data; the large data sets to the difficult situations that require problem solving skills. I love it all!

• What Would Your School Report Say?

  It would say “Hayyan gets distracted way too easily, but when he is focused he is a great student to teach”.
