Employee Safer Recruitment Training
Like many education recruitment agencies throughout the UK, Aspire People hold the prestigious DfE Safeguarding Children Quality Mark. In November 2011 we achieved 100% in our audit.
On top of this, every employee at Aspire People takes child protection very seriously, it runs through the veins of our culture.
Who ever you deal with at Aspire People, you can be sure that they are qualified to conduct safer recruitment to the highest of standards.
Not only does every employee undergo internal training but they are not signed off until they have passed the examination on safer recruitment.
Further to this our staff attend LEA safer recruitment training. This covers:
- The importance of child protection
- Holding a position of trust
- Responsibility
- How to conduct safer recruitment.
Safeguarding Schools & Colleges
No matter whether Aspire People place a fully qualified teacher or a caretaker in to a school or college, every candidate is taken through the following steps:
- Telephone Interview
- Face to Face interview
- Full vetting and referencing inline with the Safeguarding Children Quality Mark
- Safeguarding children induction and test
- Sign child protection code of conduct
- Safer recruitment features strongly in our employee induction training
