TESTIMONIALS

High Quality of Staff

Quality of staff is so high we recently took 2 Aspire cover supervisors on permanently - Aspire’s service is fast, efficient and professional, they have never let me down. I can text them at 7 for cover and when I get in to work there is an email notifying me of who is coming.

Mrs. Tye, George Spencer School

“our boys get to experience first hand what it is like to communicate with an employer”

‘Aspire People took part in an interview day that we held for pupils. Not only did they allow the boys to practice their interview technique but they coached and mentored them, providing constructive feedback. This additional service has a positive impact on the education we provide our pupils. They get to experience first hand what it is like to communicate with an employer.’

Sarah McAneny

My consultant reflected the professional and personal qualities that Aspire People prides itself on

Right from when I registered, my consultant Emily reflected the professional and personal qualities that Aspire prides itself on. Emily understood my adaptability as a teacher but also my needs in terms of the type of school that would suit me. Clearly taking time to study the detail of my CV and skills and experience, this ensured bookings were appropriate for both myself and the school(s). I found Aspire People helpful, polite and dedicated. I recommended Aspire to a colleague largely on the basis of how Emily had presented herself and the agency.

Mark, Secondary Teacher, Staffordshire

Emily, always happy on the phone, helping with any queries, nothing ever feels like too much trouble

During my time working for Aspire I have found them to be a very friendly and reliable. My consultant Emily does her best to make sure that I have a steady flow of work. Her attention to detail is excellent and the information she provides enables me know exactly where i’m going and what I am going to do. Emily communicates in a very professional manner whilst also allowing for a more relaxed, personal touch. Always happy on the phone, helping with any queries, nothing ever feels like its too much trouble for her. I have no issues, she is a pleasure to work with.

Adam, Cover Supervisor, Cannock

“Without their support I would not be the Cover Supervisor I am today”

“When I first applied for Aspire People as a Cover Supervisor, I had very little experience of working in schools. My consultant made sure I was fully aware of how to safeguard both myself and the pupils. I was even asked to complete a scenario based questionnaire this not only helped to highlight gaps in my knowledge but taught me precisely how to deal with a range of classroom issues.”

Sam, Cover Supervisor, Leicester

Sensitive, caring, friendly and extremely professional

This experience that I have had with Aspire People has really given me an insight into another side of employment that I have never had before. You are really sensitive, caring, friendly as well as extremely professional - this is unlike some agencies that I spoke to or have been told about by other teachers.

Ralph, Head of Drama, Birmingham Secondary School

Safeguarding documentation is fantastic

I have used Aspire People since 2009, during this time I have found my consultant, to be very professional, honest and accommodating. The quality of safeguarding documentation is fantastic, having photographic evidence already on it gets a very big plus mark from our front office staff! Our business manager also likes the easy and efficient way that payments can be made. Overall I am very impressed with the service provided .

Ann McEvoy, Deputy Head, Bordesley Green Primary School

“The documentation on supply staff is the best I have received”

I was impressed with the quality of presentation that my consultant made to me in July, it was following this that I chose to book staff from Aspire People in September.  The documentation provided to me about supply staff is the best I have received, providing all the information required clearly.  The quality of staff sent to me has been very high and the one very slight problem I had (late arrival of a supply teacher) was dealt with by him straight away. One of the many qualities that I like about Aspire People is their honesty.

Mrs. Beverley, The Grove School

I was very wary and nervous at the start, but my first day of work was great!

I worked with Aspire a few months,  I found it difficult securing a full time position and supply was recommended to me.  Like everyone who goes in for supply I was very wary and nervous at the start, but my first day of work was great!

Shahida

“I have had nothing but first rate service from Aspire People”

“Since I first started working with Aspire People and my consultant Adam, I have had nothing but first rate service.  I have found them to be assiduous in finding work placements, and supportive once on placement in all ways. I have been so impressed I recommended a friend. Adam is a great guy and I really cannot praise him too highly.”

Mr. Fisher, Nottingham English Supply Teacher

I have been in work more or less everyday

My consultant, Mark Birmingham, ensured I was in work more or less everyday.  All the placements I had were at nice schools, within a reasonable travelling distance – Mark always checked whether the schools were appropriate for me to travel to before waking me up!!  A lot of my earlier placements had been day-to-day, which sometimes led to weekly placements at schools.

Shahida, NQT Supply Teacher, Birmingham

Friendly, efficient, fast and professional

We have used Aspire People for both short and long term supply teacher roles, the quality of the candidates that they have sent to us has been high, and we regularly have candidates return to us for further cover work.  The aftercare and general service we receive is always friendly, efficient, fast and professional; timesheets are emailed to me via Aspire People along with all safeguarding information the day a booking is made.  In turn invoices are always prompt and give the relevant details that our finance department require to be able to make payments.

Mrs de Laune, Cover CoOrdinator, Lordswood Girls School

We often get information on safeguarding before we hear it in school

Aspire People is professional, informative and extremely helpful.  Communication has always been excellent, both by email and telephone. We are often given information on safeguarding practices before we have even heard them in school.

Mrs. Beechey, Cover Co-Ordinator, The Crestwood School

“I am an ambassador for Aspire People”

My consultant has found me work every day which has led to some wonderful long term assignments.  When I am sent to an assignment I feel as if I am visiting the school as an ambassador for Aspire People and I am proud to work for what I feel is by far the best teaching agency in the West Midlands.
