Both roles will be based at our head office in Sutton Coldfield. We need one trainee recruitment consultant to supply teaching staff to Coventry and Warwickshire primary schools. The other position is to support Birmingham primary schools, working alongside two senior consultants on the team. 

There are currently 7 professional and highly successful recruiters in the primary team, recruiting for schools across the midlands. Due to expansion and promotion we are looking to recruit additional talented sales people that are willing to push their career forward and ultimately become senior recruitment consultants and beyond.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Job Role

• Recruiting education staff and placing them in to schools
• Interviewing candidates
• Cold calling and telesales
• Attending client sales meetings
• Targeting and winning new business
