Position - Reprographics

Aspire People are looking to register Reprographic Assistants for day to day and temporary work within Primary and Secondary Schools in the West Midlands as and when required.
To be able to be considered for such positions, applicants must either have a CRB that is dated within the last 12 months or be willing to pay for a new application at the cost of GBP48.00

Duties Include:
1.To be responsible for the reprographics work for the whole school
2.To prepare work for reproduction, i.e. word processing, DTP, pasting up, designing, colour work including merits, certificates, letters to students, newsletters, school calendar, exam papers and timetables, work sheets and other similar items
3.To word process/DTP and produce school reports and copy and prepare them for issue to students
4.To word process and produce posters, programmes and tickets for specific events
5.To keep the photocopying and print machines in good working order
6.To undertake all work in the most cost effective way
7.To order appropriate supplies and keep reprographics departmental accounts
8.To be responsible for working out accounts for departments on a regular basis for the whole school
9.To oversee the quality of documentation being produced in school and ensuring it meets house style and standards
10.To provide a binding and laminating service
11.To undertake the provision of audio/visual recordings as requested
12.To file original materials when appropriate
13.To assist staff with queries and photocopying
