QTS Teacher of Design Technology
A Secondary School in South Birmingham is looking for a passionate Fully Qualified Teacher of Design Technology specialising in Resistant Materials and Graphics to GCSE for a Maternity Cover .
The post is to commence from Sept 2011 and run for 2 terms. The successful candidate needs to teach Resistant Materials and Graphics up to GCSE and NQTs are also welcome to apply.
The successful candidate will have the following:
* QTS or at least 6 months teaching experience
* Teacher of Resistant Materials and Graphics to Key Stage 3 and KS4
* Be prepared to plan, mark work, get involved in departmental meetings and act as a Form Tutor
* Be resourceful, enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate.
* Be able to communicate with their consultant
* Work as a team within the department and the school as a whole
