Aspire People is looking for a Primary Teacher that specialises in Key Stage 1 to work in a small cluster of primary schools in BARTLEY GREEN throughout the week.
Whilst the cluster of primary schools are friendly and supportive the pupils can be challanging, like any primary school. The catchment area is average and the pupils include a broad mix of academically talented pupils as well as some more challenging in terms of behaviour.
The ideal primary teacher will be flexible enough to go to a variety of the schools, this also requires a teacher with a tenacious personality and quick to adapt to different environments
Primary NQTs are welcome to apply for this position as well as those with more experience.
The right primary teacher will be expected to:
- work hard and 'go the extra mile' with colleagues and pupils alike.
- have great communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- provide evidence of work history, good references and checkable work history
