Key Stage 1 and 2 Primary Teacher - Strong SEN Experience
GBP105 - GBP135 per day
Hall Green
A Hall Green based 1 form entry school requires an SEN Teacher on a part time ad hoc basis initially to cover and support their existing team. The school has excellent standards and provides a very supportive and friendly environment for their staff.
This role will require excellent behavioural management skills and an in depth understanding of a broad range of SEN specifically ADHD, Speech and Language, Autism and Anger / Emotional issues.
Teacher requirements:
- Previous experience teaching key stage 1 and 2
- In depth understanding of SEN as well as proven experience
- Positive attitude and positive classroom management
- Must be empathetic
- Have a work hard and 'go the extra mile' attitude with colleagues and pupils alike
- A friendly caring nature
- Good written and verbal communication skills with children, staff and parents
- Ability to establish effective relationships at all levels, deal sensitively with people and resolve conflicts
- A knowledge of inclusion, diversity and equality issues
