Description:
YOU MUST: Be friendly, polite and professional at all times Present a professional, capable and proactive image to the school/academy, ensuring that they are aware of what is going on within the school from the Capita ITS perspective. Ensure a high profile presence around the school, within the allocated area, forming professional working relationships with staff to ensure satisfaction of the solution. Pragmatically discuss incidents/issues with the school/academy staff and always follow up on items discussed. Log any issues, fully completing the Issue Log forms provided. Report back any incidents to the designated line manager and provide feedback to teachers on issue progress.
