Duties and Responsibilities:To perform, as directed, a range of tasks to facilitate the efficient and hygienic operation of food preparation, serving and dining process, including:Assisting with food preparation and handlingMaintaining supply of food to serving customersServing food to pupils and staffWashing up and putting away equipmentCleaning of kitchen, equipment and parts of dining areaCash handling after appropriate trainingSimilar duties as the Supervisor may from time to time determineTo actively promote and be responsible for safeguarding the welfare of pupils and students who are responsible for, or come into contact withTo have due regard for your own and the Health and Safety of othersRequired to assist in the cleaning of the kitchen, equipment and parts of dining area, in preparation for the start of the school term.
