I am currently recruiting for a full time General Cover Supervisor to work in a range of secondary schools throughout Solihull.
Cover Supervisor Role, Solihull
The role of a Cover Supervisor is challenging yet rewarding, it requires a very tenacious and confident individual able to work in a variety of classroom environments. Some schools have high achieving pupils that require a structured lesson that stretches their capabilities. Other schools are very challenging and require a cover supervisor that is dynamic and passionate, confident and firm but fair.
Minimum Requirements for a Cover Supervisor
1. hold a degree
2. have at least 4 weeks voluntary or paid experience in a secondary school
3. a passion to enter in to teaching in the long run
4. a good sense of humour, confident disposition and tenacious personality
