I am recruiting Cover Supervisors for September, ideally located close to Kings Heath or surrounding areas of Birmingham. The role will be to work in a range of secondary schools throughout Birmingham and the West Midlands.

The role of a cover supervisor
Help cover lessons in schools
Take a lesson plan and deliver it to the class
Maintain discipline and control in the class
Inspire pupils to achieve more
Act as a role model
Help out with administrative and support tasks
Support school trips and after school clubs
Minimum requirements of a cover supervisor
A degree or working towards one, with at least a 2:2
Aspirations to enter in to teaching
At least 2-3 weeks paid or voluntary experience in a secondary school
Training will be provided for cover supervisors that need it and your consultant will ensure they do as much as possible to help you reach your aspirations whether you want a GTTP placement or want to do a PGCE.
