Description:
A fantastic Roman Catholic School is looking for a passionate Biology Teacher who wants to make a difference. If you are hard working, enthusiastic and have a real sense of pride for teaching then this position could be ideal for you. The candidate would need to be able to set the schemes of work, mark, and plan and prepare and be able to teach all areas of the Biology curriculum up to a GCSE Level.
The position is full-time and is to start in January 11 to cover on a long term basis and it could potentially go permanent for the right candidate. This school has around 600 pupils and all though they are polite and enthusiastic they can get easily bored so the right teacher needs to have good classroom management skills and interactive lesson ideas. The school has excellent transport links and is within easy access for all areas of the west midlands. The school is renowned for a supportive and proactive approach to teaching and the Biology Department has been very successful.
